                                        >Goto lead management in the left menu of the home page.
 >Select Contacts in the sub menu.
 
 –Delete List:
 >You can delete the list/s by checking the list/s and clicking ‘Delete’
 
 –View List Contacts:
 >Click on a particular list to view the contacts in that list.
 
 –Add contacts to a group:
 >Click on a group in the list.
 >Click on ‘Add New Contacts’.
 >You can add/ import contact details now.
 
 –Download Contacts of a group:
 >Click on a group in the list.
 >Click on ‘Download Contacts’.
 >This downloads all contacts in the list in an Excel file.
 
 –Edit Contacts:
 >Click on a group in the List.
 >Click on the ‘edit’ button.
 >Edit the required fields and click 'Update'.
 
 –Subscribe Contacts:
 >Click on a group in the list.
 >Select all the unsubscribed mail IDs.
 >Click on ‘Move to subscribe'.
 
 –Unsubscribe contacts:
 >Click on a group in the list.
 >Select the the subscribed mail IDs.
 >Click on ‘Move to Unsubscribe’.
 
 –Copy Contacts:
 >Click on a group in the list.
 >Select the mail ID/s and click on ‘Copy Contacts to List’.
 >Select the groups to which you want to copy the contacts.
 >Click ‘Copy Contacts to List’ (This copies the contacts, retaining the original mail IDs).
 
 –Move to group:
 >Click on a group in the list.
 >Select the mail IDs and click on ‘Move to List’.
 >Select the groups to which you want to move.
 >Click ‘Move to List’ (This does not keep the original mail IDs).
 
 –Delete contacts from a group:
 >Click on a group in the list.
 >Select the contacts you want to delete from the group.
 >Click ‘Delete’.
 
 –Search Contacts in a group:
 >Click on a group in the list.
 >Type the search string (email id of the contact you want to search) in the text box.
 >Click on ‘Go’.
