How to create Dynamic Form
• Login to your Plexora Business domain with your login credentials
• Go to Top Menu on Settings dropdown - Dynamic Forms
 
• On Dynamic form page you will see list of forms create so far and to create new form click on Create
  Form button as shown below.
 
   

Create Form Page
 
• A list of various type of form fields will appear and you can choose the required fields by selecting their
  respective checkboxes
• To change the name of the text field  or dropdown click on the Edit icon .
•  “Edit your Field” box will appear. Enter the name of the field and click on the “Save” Button.
• To Enter the dropdown options one by one and click “Add.” Successful addition notification window
  will pop up. Click Ok and add next option.
• Mark must to fill fields as mandatory.
• Select Create option
   
 
Dynamic Form Integration to Facebook
• Login to your Plexora Business domain with your login credentials
• Go to settings - Dynamic Forms
• List of all the Dynamic forms will appear
• Click on the Facebook icon button for integrating Dynamic forms to Facebook.
• You will be prompted for the Facebook credentials
• Enter the details as prompted to share the dynamic form.
• Choose the scope of sharing by selecting the group and click on the “Share Link” Button
   
 
   
 
• When you are done the click on Create Dynamic Form button
   
 

Import responses to Dynamic forms
• Login to your Plexora Business domain with your login credentials
• Go to settings - Dynamic Forms
• List of all the Dynamic forms will appear
• Click on the Flower icon button to see the responses to Dynamic forms
 
• Click on the View Details button.
• “View Details” window will open.
• Click on the “Export to Excel” button. The response report will be downloaded in your
  Download folder.
   
 

Generate HTML
• Login to your Plexora Business domain with your login credentials
• Go to settings - Dynamic Forms
• List of all the Dynamic forms will appear.
• “Edit your Field name” box will appear. Locate & Edit the field names as required.
• Copy the code and paste it in notepad
• Mention the comments and send it to the Email Id.
