You can ask any question related to product/s with Plexora Question Tool to any or Sales Representative of your business domain
 

Go to Left Menu > Click on Question

login to see the list of Questions asked will be displayed on the bottom of your home page screen
• Clik on each Question to go to the details page where you can see the compete conversation with Sales Rep.
 
How to Ask Question ?
• Go to Questions and “Ask Question” screen will open.
• Choose the product/s for which you want to ask question in the “Question Product” field. You can
  choose multiple products by pressing Ctrl key
• Type your question in the Question text Box
• Choose the user group you want to ask question to. You can ask question to either All users or can select
  a group from the “Whom to Ask” dropdown options
