Campaign

Create; send effective Email and Phone campaigns to customers managed in contact groups. Create notification emails using HTML editor or newsletter templates.

 
How to Create Email Campaign ?

Go to Lead Management > Campaign.

Fill out the Add New Campaign Form
Enter the title of the campaign.
Under campaign type select Email.
In the description box provide a brief description about the Email campaign
Select start date and end date.
Select the group to whom you want to send the campaign from the below list and Click on 'Continue'
   
 
Create Mail window will give you 3 Types of Email Creating options
 

1. To Send a Text Mail: Send mail in the simple text format. All you have to do is

Mention the subject of email. 
Verify the auto-filled mailing details by system and click on next.
Upload file in the attach files section and
Choose Plain text or HTML format o the mail. Alternatively you can upload an external text file.
Click on ‘Preview’ to view your email layout.
Check ‘Include Signature’ to add your signature (Optional).
Select one of the following options: Save to Drafts/Send Mail/Schedule Delivery.
Click on ‘Save to Drafts’ to save the email. You can modify and send the drafts whenever you wish to.
Click on ‘Send Now’ to deliver the email immediately. Or use ‘Schedule Mail’ to choose a future
  date and time for your broadcasts.
   
 

2. My templates: This is a section where you can see all the templates which you have created and saved.

 

By Choosing My Templates you will go to the page as shown in the blow screenshot
 

LETS SEE HOW TO CREATE NEW TEMPLATE

Click on Create New Template Button on the top right corner to Create New template or
  Select from the existing Templates
   
 

 
   
  By Clicking on Create New Template you will see the option of tools ( as shown below ) which will help you to create your own design, If you have the Knowledge of Html and css
 
Once you are done with the design, Click On Save As button on the top menus.
Give any Name to your template and Save it.
   
 

3. Select Templates: Choose newsletter templates from the list template library.

 
Explore various categories for the most suitable templates. Select any newsletter template
Choosen template will be redirected to it Editable Mode, where you can change the Images and the text
 

like show in the below screenshot.

 
Click on Edit button on each section to edit the content, or click Delete to remove the complete section from the template.
You can also Drag and Drop each section independently and Inter change the sections as per your requirement
You can attach any documents along with this Newsletter
After making all the change click on Save Template button on the top Menu of this template.
   
 

All The Above 3 options has footer like as showen in the below picture, where you can

You can also quickly sent a Test Mail to check the newletter preview to any test email ids before sending a blast.
