Email Reports

Analyze, compare and archive all you Email marketing reports. Get consolidated summary reports or individual email responses to your Email marketing campaigns. Plexora reports enable you to track results geo-graphically.

How to view Email reports

•	Go to Lead Management and Reports and My Broadcast window will open.
•	You can view all your broadcasts here. Scroll your pointer on the Email Campaign Name and
	click to open the Email Summary report.
•	A consolidated graph view explains the status of the selected email campaign in terms of mail
	responses . You can check status of individual email id or Open mail with location in Geo location view.

Mail responses have been categorized into following:

•	Opened- These are the mails which have been opened and read by the customers
•	Unopened- These are mails which are not opened and read
•	Bounced- These are the mails with permanent delivery failure
•	Opt outs- These are the recipients who are no longer interested in further emails from you.

How to compare Email reports

•	Go to Applications – Lead Management and Reports and My Broadcast window will open.
•	You can view all your broadcasts here. Select the Email Campaigns Name you want to
	compare and click on compare.
•	Analyze the comparison reports

How to archive Email reports

•	Go to Applications – Lead Management and Reports and My Broadcast window will open.
•	You can view all your broadcasts here. Select the campaign you want to Archive and click on
	Archive.
•	Confirmation box for achieving will pop up.
•	Click OK to Archive.
