No refunds will be provided, unless we decide to terminate your services without reason. If your services get terminated due to noncompliance with anti-spam policy or noncompliance with this agreement, no refund will be issued. It may take up to a few days for Plexora to process your cancellation or plan change, but all cancellations/changes will be effective as of the date that you notified us. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment.
